Superstar Rajinikanth took attendees at Chandrahasan's memorial meet by opening up about temper issues of the late filmmaker's younger brother, Kamal Haasan.

"I have never seen a hot-tempered person like Kamal Haasan. You all have seen only 10 per cent of his anger, but I have witnessed it 100 per cent. That's why I used to be careful with him. Charu (brother) anna can pacify him. But it was Chandrahasan who always kept it in check," Rajinikanth said in an emotional speech. Chandrahasan passed away last month following a cardiac arrest in London. He was 82. He was instrumental in running Haasan's production house.

The superstar said that he interacted with Haasan's elder brother only on two occasions but knew that he was a pillar of strength for the Vishwaroopam star. "My friend Kamal Haasan doesn't have the kind of money the actors of this generation have now. It's an unfortunate fact that I need to admit. But he never cared about it, and the reason was Chandrahasan. I am concerned about how Kamal is going to take care of his hard-earned money without him."
