BAAHUBALI (Hindi) in its re-run could not make much impact but that was expected as the film was a couple of years old and has been seen by most of the audience. The collections were very dull with very low occupancy and it will not last in the theatres till BAAHUBALI Part 2 in a few weeks time. That film will be a different kettle of fish as the craze surges day by day and its not out of the question that the dubbed Hindi version sets all time records in some circuits. The first weekend collections of BAAHUBALI (Hindi) re-run are as follows
Friday - 40,00,000
Saturday - 60,00,000
Sunday - 75,00,000
TOTAL - 1,75,00,000

There were six new releases which hit the screens BAAZI ZINDAGI KI, BLUE MOUNTAINS, KEHKASHAN, LAALI KI SHAADI MEIN LAADDOO DEEWANA, MIRZA JUULIET and MUKTI BHAWAN.

MIRZA JUULIET was the best of the lot with collections around 50 lakhs nett over the first weekend. The second best was LAALI KI SHAADI MEIN LAADDOO DEEWANA and BLUE MOUNTAINS while others had figures below 10 lakhs nett.
