Anil Kapoor's son, Harshvardhan, bats for migrants in the movie business
MID-DAY (March 27, 2017)
Harshvardhan Kapoor, the actor-son of Anil Kapoor who made his Bollywood debut with Mirzya last year, believes it is tough to make a mark in Bollywood sans filmi connections. The 26-year-old, however, said added in the same breath that 'once you make it to the industry, it is your talent which takes you further'.
"I can't imagine the amount of hard work and dedication that it takes to make your way through. But, once you do that then it is about how talented you are," he told PTI.
"We have examples like Ranveer Singh, Sidharth Malhotra and Sushant Singh Rajput and then from film families, we have Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and Sonam Kapoor. There is a good mix," he added.
Harshvardhan is currently working on his second film, Bhavesh Joshi, helmed by Vikramaditya Motwane. "We will resume shooting soon; it is going well. I am looking forward to the trailer release," said the young actor about 'hardcore action flick'.
