Salman Khan completed the
snow-capped Manali and Ladakh schedules of Kabir Khan's Tubelight last
year. Now, for the period wardrama's last schedule, the makers have
recreated the hills in Mumbai's Film City. On Tuesday afternoon, the
actor was spotted cycling to the sets to shoot a song sequence
choreographed by Shabina Khan. While the current schedule comprises only
latenight shifts, the film's team has ensured that its leading man is
at home on the sets as he juggles between the film and the reality show
Bigg Boss, which he shoots in Lonavala over weekends.
A source from the sets revealed to Mirror, “There are days when Salman shoots till 1 am. A well-equipped gym has been set up so he can work out between shots and it is open to his friends who are shooting in the vicinity or anyone who drops by.“
Tubelight, which is set against the backdrop of the 1962 Sino-Indian War, marks Chinese actress Zhu Zhu's Bollywood debut.
