Sanjay Dutt, who was in Dubai on a week-long getaway with wife Manyata and kids, Shahran and Iqra, to bring in New Year’s, decided to take an impromptu trip to Bur Dubai’s jewellery market and catch up with a friend who owns a vintage boutique store there.

Unbeknownst to the actor, a crowd of over five thousand fans thronged the shop to see him, making their presence felt by singing and screaming their lungs out. Eventually, cops had to intervene and escort Dutt out of the area. Films can wait, but this one’s quite a starry comeback to the public eye, no?
