Salman Khan is gearing up for his first live concert in Australia and New Zealand. Titled Da-Bangg The Tour, after his popular film franchise, the big bang event top-lined by the ‘Sultan’ of Bollywood will also feature performances by his Dabangg co-star, Sonakshi Sinha, good friend Bipasha Basu, actor-choreographer-director Prabhu Dheva, rap sensation Badshah, actor-TV show host Maniesh Paul and Sallu’s Jai Ho leading lady, Daisy Shah.

The actor who turns 51 today, and his starry entourage, will be accompanied by a troupe of musicians and dancers. This is the first time Bhai’s fans will see him in action Down Under and six months before the April-May spectacle, tickets have already started selling.

Yaju Vaghela of the Chocolate Room who is organising the event describes Salman Khan as a “supernova superstar” and believes his charisma will bring in the crowds. “He is a total entertainer with his trademark dance moves and much-quoted dialogue. Like Prime Minister Narendra Modi, we are confident that Salman too will have the audience in his thrall in Australia and New Zealand with one of the biggest Bollywood concerts,” asserts Yaju.
