Farah Khan and Shah Rukh Khan are close friends, but now Aamir Khan is bonding with her. Yesterday, Farah Khan hosted a talk show in Jaipur for which she interviewed Aamir as part of Bhaskar Utsav. And guess what? It was Aamir who called her to host the event.

Says a source, “Aamir called Farah last week and requested that she interview him for the Yaadgar session. He had interacted earlier with Farah at the MAMI Film Festival in Mumbai, this year. It was a nostalgia session for the cast and crew of Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikander and Aamir was impressed with the way she handled the discourse in a light-hearted manner. He wanted Farah to do the same with him in Bhaskar Utsav. Aamir wanted his session too to be light, casual and yet going into the heart of the matter bringing out his persona in interesting ways. Dangal and the making will be discussed too.”

The source adds, “Farah was excited and prepared for it in advance as she wanted it to be different from the usual chat shows on stage.” Aamir and Farah go back 34 years. She worked with Aamir for the first time when she debuted as a choreographer in Mansoor Khan’s Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikander (1982). Now this may be far-fetched but we’d love to see the duo come together for the big screen as well.
