Hollywood producer Philip Lee who has backed films like The Dark Knight and The Revenant revealed that Priyanka Chopra was once supposed to work with him in a project he was kicking off which unfortunately did not happen.

Lee who was in Goa to attend the 10th edition of NFDC’s Film Bazaar said he met the 34-yearold actress years before she found international fame. “I met Priyanka eight years ago because she could be the actress of the movie which I tried to make that time. She was not that famous at the time. She was Miss World. I had a chat with her and she was fantastic,” Lee recalled, adding, “I don’t know much about her movies but I think she is more popular nowadays. She’s a really great actress,” he asserted.

PeeCee made her international acting debut with ABC’s TV series Quantico, becoming the first Indian to headline an American show. Next up, she is slated to maker her big screen Hollywood debut with Baywatch which also features Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson and Zac Effron.
