Mirror had earlier reported (November 4) that the Arjun Kapoor-Anil Kapoor starrer Mubarakan kicks off on November 20. Now, we hear that the younger Kapoor has taken off to an Austrian spa, frequented by Bollywood stars, including cousin Sonam Kapoor and his co-star chachu for detox and general unwinding, before he starts shooting.

A source close to the actor revealed to Mirror, “Once back, Arjun will do a photoshoot for the film in which he has two different looks, one being that of a Sikh. He has to have a lean, toned body for both characters. Once the UK schedule begins in December, he will also be shooting a couple of big dance numbers with around 450 foreign background dancers who were selected by the team during recce.”

Directed by Anees Bazmee, Mubarakan centres around a destination wedding in Europe. “And Arjun wants to look completely fit, so he has taken a few days off to work out. He also has just a few days’ work left on Mohit Suri’s Half Girlfriend, which he will complete once back,” the source added. Arjun and his spokesperson remained unavailable for comment.
