Mostly Sunny is quite an interesting documentary on Sunny Leone aka Karenjit Kaur Vohra, one of the most known faces across the country and probably the world too. The film chronicles her life as an adult star, shifting base to India and working in Bollywood movies. Director Dilip Mehta even travels to Sarnia, Canada where Sunny was born and grew up and shows how people who know Sunny since childhood refused to talk about her on camera. Sunny herself talks about her past and what she talks about her family, death of her parents etc is very nicely shot and presented. What surprises audiences is Sunny’s admission that she got the name ‘Sunny’ from her brother, Sunny Singh Vohra! Sunny is quite entertaining while talking about her life and the way she exposes the hypocrisy of Indians is quite hilarious. This is no extraordinary documentary but a good one nevertheless as it tells many unknown stuff about this actress who has definitely created a niche for herself in Bollywood and also in the country!
