After a successful run on weekdays, popular TV comedy Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hai has now grabbed a weekend slot. The spin-off will have Bollywood guests land up in the Kanpur mohalla to spend time with the show’s two couples — Anita-Vibhuti (Saumya Tandon and Aasif Sheikh) and Angoori-Tiwari (Shubhangi Atre and Rohitash Gaud).

Bipasha Basu and Karan Singh Grover who got hitched in April will be the first guests. “We have seen a couple of episodes and liked the basic plot. It's my parents’ favourite show,” Bipasha told Mirror, adding that she loves sharing screen space with her hubby and always looks forward to being with him. “It’s fun as we get to go to the set together and drive back home together,” she beamed.

While Bips is returning to TV after a brief hosting stint on the horror show, Darr Sabko Lagta Hai, Karan rose to fame with TV turns in soaps like Dill Mill Gayye and Qubool Hai and, more recently, was seen in the film Hate Story 3.
