From the time he set out to make M S Dhoni - The Untold Story, filmmaker Neeraj Pandey has focused on being as realistic as possible. He shot with Sushant Singh Rajput, who plays Mahendra Singh Dhoni, on real locations that have a bearing on Captain Cool's life. And he has also ensured that the supporting cast bears resemblance to the actual people in the cricketer's life. Take for instance his family - Neeraj made it a point to keep the reel Dhoni's family looking as close to the real as possible, which is evident in the pictures (on the right). Not only is Sushant wearing similar coloured outfits as Dhoni, but even his reel family has opted for similar hues as the real family.
