Mirror (September 3) had reported that Bipasha Basu and Karan Singh Grover had opted out of hosting MTV's reality show, Love School. Now, VJ Anusha Dandekar and beau Karan Kundra have stepped in and even shot the first promo on Wednesday dressed in school uniforms. "Anusha wore hers from the seventh grade, it still fits her. Amazing!" raves Karan who's working with his lady love for the first time. Talking about his role as a love guru, the 31-year-old actor admits he's played cupid in real life as he was a matchmaker in college. He rues that while some schools have sex education classes, nobody teaches you about love and a lot is left unsaid between couples because of a communication gap.

Anusha and he first met at the airport when the channel was flying them to Europe for a shoot. It's been over a year now and long absences, like Karan's monthlong trip to Bhutan for a Roadies shoot or Anusha's two-month stay in LA, have only made the heart grow fonder. The Punjabi lad is even trying to learn Marathi to converse with his mulgi. "I can't speak it well yet but I understand what is being said. Anusha often drops in on my sets and starts chattering in Marathi since everyone from the director to staff are Maharashtrians. When I fail in my attempt to recriprocate, I get strange looks," he signs off.
