Arjan Bajwa began his acting
career with ads alongside top actresses like Aishwarya Rai Bachchan,
Katrina Kaif and Preity Zinta. Calling his bagging parts with A-listers a 'tradition', he continued it with movies like Guru (Mani Ratnam),
Fashion (Priyanka Chopra), Son Of Sardaar (Ajay Devgn) and even working
with yesteryear superstars like Dharmendra and Vinod Khanna (Tell Me O
Kkhuda). Now, the actor is excited to share credits with his idol, Akshay
Kumar in Rustom. He says, “I learnt martial arts, inspired by Akshay.
Most of us have tried clicking photographs, aping him. It's a great
experience working with someone you idolise. Akshay is very reassuring
and helpful, besides being chilled out and humble, that also motivates
you to work harder on your scenes.“
Rustom is a double whammy for Arjan as he's a fan of director Neeraj Pandey, also one of the producers of the film. “Akshay and Neeraj make the best combination in thriller genre. Working with them in that kind of cinema is a double bonus.“ And now that he's worked with his idol, the young actor is looking forward to continuing his tradition. “I look forward to doing more work with Akshay, in other genres too. That will be a dream run for me,“ he signs off.
