Kangana Ranaut's new home isn't in Mumbai, but in Manali, Himachal Pradesh, her hometown. The house, which has traditional pahadi architecture and an eco-friendly structure, is nearing completion. Located in the interiors of the scenic hill station on Rohtang Road, the sprawling property also adjoins a field, where the actress plans to grow vegetables, organically.

Sources in Manali tell us that currently, the roofing is in progress. The actress recently visiting her hometown to take stock of the progress. A source said, “The building has breathtaking views of scenic mountain ranges. Traditional building techniques using wood and stones are being used in its construction.“

The foundation stone for Kangana's home was laid in January this year.
