The month-and-a-half Delhi schedule of Mohit Suri's Half Girlfriend, a screen adaptation of Chetan Bhagat's best-selling novel of the same name, in which Shraddha Kapoor plays Riya Somani wrapped up two days earlier than planned. And the actress decided to spring a surprise on her family and friends.

"She had been missing her buddies so after spending some quality time at home, Shraddha ventured out for lunch with besties Ankita Choksey, Fazaa Shroff Garg and Viraj Kapur. The merry bunch dropped by a popular SoBo bakery that Shraddha had been meaning to visit for a while. She headed home with some cupcakes and macaroons for her family," informs a source close to the 27-year-old actress, adding that she was ecstatic to be back with her 'Fish Gang'. Shraddha will soon be heading to Bali for some work commitments after which she will wrap up Farhan Akhtar's Rock On! sequel.
