Here is the first look of Simran, in which Kangana Ranaut plays Praful Patel. While it's known that her character is that of a Gujarati girl, we have learnt that the actress plays a housekeeper in this Hansal Mehta-directed film. The story revolves around a girl, her ambitions and how she gets addicted to the world of crime. Produced by Bhushan Kumar and Shailesh Singh, the movie is scripted by Apurva Asrani. The film rolls this August and will be shot in the US. Since Kangana's character is called Praful Patel, we wonder why the film is titled Simran. Guess that's something Hansal is not in a hurry to reveal.
