Swara Bhaskar is celebrating the thumbs-up she received from both critics and audiences for her turn in Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari's Nil Battey Sannata by moving into a new, sprawling apartment with her pet cats - Kulfi, Utpaati and Atom.

Incidentally, the 28-year-old Delhiite's new home is in the same building in Yari Road as National award-winning writer Himanshu Sharma (Best Original Screenplay and Dialogue for Tanu Weds Manu Returns) who has co-written most of Aanand L Rai's productions and continues to do so.

Swara and Himanshu have been dating for one-and-a-half years now and buzz is the actress's real estate acquisition has been in the pipeline for long and materialised recently, after the couple decided to take their relationship to the next level. According to a source close to the actress, Himanshu will move in with her in the new house.

The duo's neighbourhood boasts of celebrity homes like Priyanka Chopra, Irrfan Khan, Shahid Kapoor and Nawazuddin Siddiqui's and is packed to the brim with other filmi folk - writers, producers and aspiring actors.

​"Swara had been looking for a bigger, better house for herself in Mumbai for the longest time. Her present one-bedroom pad at Versova has been an integral part of her journey in the Maximum City for the last five years and it was time for an upgrade. She's looking forward to do up her more spacious new house," reveals the source.
