Fawad Khan who landed in Mumbai on May 27 to launch an international men's clothing brand sent rumour mills into overdrive when he chose to stay back instead of hopping on the next Pakistan-bound flight.

Buzz is, he's extended his trip to finalise his fourth Bollywood film. The Khoobsurat debutant's follow-up, the Shakun Batra directed Kapoor And Sons released in March while the third, Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, another Karan Johar production, wrapped up last month.

Word is, Rhea Kapoor's Battle For Bittora, based on Anuja Chauhan's bestseller by the same name, and Salman Khan's production, Jugalbandi, a muscial also featuring Anil Kapoor, are vying for Fawad's dates but the 34-year-old actor is apparently gravitating towards a third party, filmmaker-friend KJo's next. "Fawad had dinner with Karan and Shakun recently. They sat at a corner table and discussed movies for two hours," reveals an onlooker from a popular celeb hangout spot in Khar.

We would be the last ones to break up this fight for it is only extending this dishy dude's stay in the bay.
