Arjun Kapoor's maternal grandmother Sattee Shourie passed away in early hours of Saturday. The news has come as a blow to the actor who has always been close to his nani. The actor was shoot ing Delhi for his upcoming film Half Girlfriend when he received the news. The last rites took place at the Oshiwara crematorium yesterday evening. For Arjun, his grandmother was one of his biggest fans. “She never misses a single film of mine. Even if I am on TV, she will sit and watch my show. For her, I am a superstar,“ he'd quipped in an interview. Industry insiders remember her as a fierce woman. Back in the 80s, in a male-dominated industry, she was amongst the few female producers with movies like Farishtay, Sheesha in her repertoire.
