The lip-lock between Randeep Hooda and Kajal Aggarwal in their upcoming film Do Lafzon Ki Kahani has been mired in controversy. While certain sections of the media reported that Kajal was uncomfortable and shocked when Randeep pulled her closer for a smooch, others maintained that it was an impromptu one.

Rubbishing the report, Kajal asserts that she was well aware of the kissing scene. She states, “The lip-lock was always there n the script. While I had my reservations and was hesitant from the time I read the script, I realised my character and the story demanded it." She adds, “The ultimate way to express love is through physical intimacy. And for a girl who is visually impaired, it gets even more difficult to convey her love. She has never seen the man; she only knows him through touch and feel. So, I guess it was important for her (the character Jenny) to do it and the kiss completely made sense. It was never sudden or in the moment.“
