It was all about family at the star-studded Sarbjit premiere, held at a suburban multiplex on Wednesday night.

While star of the night Randeep Hooda arrived with sister Anjali Hooda Sangwan, brother Sandeep and sister-in-law, leading lady Aishwarya Rai Bachchan stayed close to mum Brinda, father Krishnaraj and brother Aditya. In the same row, hubby Abhishek was joined by his paa, Bachchan senior, and mum, Jaya.

"It was an extremely emotional film. It left Sarabjit's immediate family in tears. His sister, Dalbir Kaur, who's portrayed by Ash in the film, hugged Randeep and praised his performance. The atmosphere turned from glamorous to emotional," a guest at the premiere informed Mirror, adding that around 2 am, another family member broke down. "Randeep offered her tea and water, while his sister calmed her down," adds the guest.

Freshly back from Cannes Richa Chadha arrived in a full-skirted gown along with co-star Darshan Kumar, Omung Kumar and producers Vashu Bhagnani, Bhushan Kumar and Jackky Bhagnani. Ankita Lokhande made her first solo appearance ever since news of her split with fiancee Sushant Singh Rajput came out. Dressed in a white suit, stilettos and nude make-up, the TV actress was quite a sight as she obliged the shutterbugs with poses.

Jai Ho debutante Daisy Shah made an appearance too, expertly dodging questions alluding to Salman Khan's much-talked-about wedding with Romanian model-actress Iulia Vantur. Neil Nitin Mukesh looked suave as he posed with dad Mukesh while Athiya Shetty curiously maintained safe distance from her Hero, Sooraj Pancholi, who was spotted chatting up Saqib Saleem.

Dino Morea, Manish Malhotra and Ronit Roy, with a cast around his neck owing to an on-set injury were among the other guests.
