Actress's spokesperson attributes it to an injury

Nargis Fakhri didn't win any new fans when she went on a dance reality show as a guest. Nargis was on So You Think You Can Dance, judged by Madhuri Dixit and choreographers Bosco Martis and Terence Lewis, with Azhar co-stars Emraan Hashmi and Prachi Desai to promote their upcoming biopic and reportedly was not game for anything.

"She not only refused to shake a leg with Emraan and Prachi but even refused to comment on a performance by a contestant who had danced on her Kick song "Yaar Naa Miley"," informs a source from the sets, adding that Nargis who plays Azhar's second wife, Sangeeta Bijlani, even flatly refused to show off a few moves from her "Oye Oye" track from the film. "She was arrogant, throwing her weight around, rude to the crew and the team had a harrowing time."

When contacted Nargis's official spokesperson informed that she has been extremely unwell through the Azhar promotions and was advised complete rest to recuperate.

"However, she ensured she completed everything she had committed to including her appearance on So You Think You Can Dance. But due to a terrible hamstring and knee injury, she had informed the producers well in advance that she wouldn't be able to perform on the show so it could be avoided in the show flow. But at the last minute she was requested to perform which she had to politely decline as her health didn't permit it. She's always been spontaneous with her co-stars and team as stated by them on numerous occasions. So there is no reason for her to be anything else now."
