Salman Khan’s next project is an Indo-Chinese co-production directed by friend and collaborator, Kabir Khan.

The film, produced by Ajit Thakur of Trinity Films, a new franchise of Eros International, is said to be “based on a story organically weaving the socio-cultural worlds of India and China.”

Additionally, the film will be shot in both languages. The first Indo-China co-production to roll will be directed by Kabir Khan with A-List cast from India and China — a human drama exploring the central character’s journey from India to China.

The Chinese cast is yet to be decided. Kabir who has already helmed two epic blockbusters Ek Tha Tiger and Bajrangi Bhaijaan with Salman in the lead, is currently pouring all his attention into scripting this unique Indo-Chinese love story.
