Kangana Ranaut won't give up legal fight with Hrithik Roshan?

Last Friday, Hrithik Roshan
filed an FIR with the Cyber Crime Cell against an unknown impostor for
using a fake email id, who allegedly interacted with Kangana Ranaut and
her sister Rangoli.
This ongoing bitter battle between the two actors is only going to
get uglier now. Kangana is livid about her sister Rangoli's name being
dragged into this. Apparently, Rangoli didn't approve of the actor in
her sister's life, and always thought it wasn't best for her. But
Kangana, who is extremely protective about her sister, feels that this
is no reason to bring Rangoli into this mess. After being on the
defensive so far, the actress has told her lawyer Rizwan Siddiquee to
take on the legal battle.
In lieu of Rangoli being named, Rizwan says, “If exchange of emails was between two people, of which one was an imposter as Hrithik Roshan claims, then why did he name Rangoli in his FIR? We need to know how he's saying Rangoli is involved. The cops illegally sent summons and then refused to share a copy of the FIR. This has created serious doubt in my client's mind as to why the police is behaving in such a manner.“
Asserting that so far they have only been on the defence, he says, “My client has not been attacking yet. But now, things will take an ugly turn. Hrithik Roshan is trying to circulate images, and we will take the strictest possible legal action against him for that. How can he say he doesn't know my client personally? That too at the end of 2014, after her big hit Queen. His lawyer (Dipesh Mehta) says my client got emails that were forwarded by an imposter. Why would my client do that?“
Reiterating the change in their strategy, he adds, “In my notice to Hrithik Roshan, we had given seven days time to reply and apologise to my client. He's keeping quiet in the name of dignified silence, but fact is, he doesn't know how to answer. It started with his notice alleging defamation, but there's no mention of that anymore. And now he's trying to deviate with this FIR.“
Sources close to Kangana are also questioning why Hrithik is talking about everything but the crux of the matter. And why is he deviating from the point of his original defamation notice that he first sent to the actress.
Kangana seems to be in no mood to give up this fight. A source close to the actress says that the Ranauts might not have big contacts like the Roshans, but that doesn't mean they will not fight for what is right.
On his part, Hrithik's lawyer Dipesh Mehta says, “Our contention is that there is an imposter who created the email id hroshan@email.com. The only agency that can find out the truth is the Cyber Crime Cell. We are cooperating with them so that they can clear this misunderstanding. For any concerned party, it is reasonable and legitimate that they also co-operate. It is better that the truth comes out at the earliest. Since December 2014, we have been saying that hroshan@email.com is not Hrithik's mail id.“
As for the Cyber Crime Cell seeking to record Kangana and Rangoli's statements, Dipesh adds, “Investigation of any matter is prerogative of the police department. We have no control over that. The only thing we can do is continue co-operating as responsible citizens.“
