Busy mom Rani Mukerji took time off from babysitting
her daughter Adira to build awareness for VivaMayr, a revolutionary
wellness centre in Austria, by hosting a private dinner where the
senior-most doctors from the centre gave a presentation to the guests —
friends and family to the Chopras at Yash Raj Studios.
Rani and husband Aditya Chopra have both experienced the health benefits of visiting the centre. On Saturday night, the doctors explained the principles of their clinic, while their chefs, specially flown down from Austria, cooked a delicious meal that gave those present an insight into the VivaMayr way of life. Says a source, “This event was planned meticulously for several months with Rani supervising the entire dinner herself right down to the minutest detail. The idea behind the sit-down dinner was to both educate about healthy choices and ring in an enjoyable evening. Rani started the evening welcoming everyone and told them about how her love affair with VivaMayr started and the life altering knowledge she got from their team in Austria when she visited them in 2014 — she had a serious health crisis then.” Adds the source, “The actress discovered the benefits of this centre after researching natural healing methods for some time. This centre has helped many address health issues in a sustainable manner. It’s a very selfless act for Rani to do this for her friends.”
Hrithik Roshan, Karan Johar, Ranveer Singh, Vaani Kapoor, Sikandar Kher, Sonali Bendre and Priya Dutt were some of the guests present at the dinner.
