One is the heart-throb of young women across the country who is known for his style, both on and off the field, and the other is a popular singer who is known for her foot-tapping numbers. When two talented youngsters meet, they are bound to share notes. And that's exactly what happened with Virat Kohli and Neha Kakkar when they met on a flight.

The singer, who was ecstatic to meet the cricketer on her flight to Mumbai, says, “I was looking outside the window and when I turned around, I saw Virat standing right in front of me. He was putting his bag in the overhead cabin. When he looked at me, his first sentence was, 'Miss Kakkar, I'm your huge fan'.“ Initially, she was pleasantly surprised and didn't know how to respond. But soon, they started chatting. Neha adds, “Virat told me that he loves my songs. When I asked which one he liked the most, he replied that my Punjabi single, Pyar te jaguar, was his favourite.“

The petite vocalist also praised the dapper captain of the Indian test cricket team. She says, “I told him that I am his big fan, we love him and how each time he steps out on the field, he makes us proud.“
