While his co-star in Nitya Mehra's time-travel adventure, Baar Baar Dekho, Katrina Kaif dived straight into hunting for a new house in Bandra upon their return from the film's Bangkok schedule, Sidharth Malhotra who is back in the Bay promoting his new film with Alia Bhatt and Fawad Khan, took a quick break.

Turns out the 31-year-old hunk had to attend the wedding of his cousin, Eishita Malhotra, over the weekend in Delhi. While Sid couldn't attend all the ceremonies owing to a tight work schedule, he made it a point to be present on radiant bride's D-day.

"The nuptials took place in a farmhouse. Sidharth had had to give many family functions a miss due to work in the past so he put in a special request to quickly fly off to the Capital city for this one," informs a source close to the actor.

Sidharth who cut quite the dapper figure at the lavish wedding in a black bandhgala, red pagri was back in the Maximum City the next day to get back to promoting his new film which is now nearing release. "She's my first cousin. We grew up together in the same house," the actor smiles.
