We hear Bollywood actress
Tanishaa Mukerji, who is a contestant on the forthcoming season of
Khatron Ke Khiladi, has had a fallout with the creative team of the
show. Hence, she won't be attending their press conference that will be
held tomorrow. Sources reveal, “She is extremely hurt. She was cornered,
shamed and shut down for asking too many questions before attempting
dangerous stunts, which was her right.“
“They were genuine concerns about her and other contestants' safety,
and not irrelevant queries. It wasn't mentioned in her contract that she
shouldn't be doing so,“ adds the source, “The differences she had with
the creative team during the shoot was the main reason. Her expectations
were not met. Favouritism towards certain contestants also put her off.“
Apparently, host Arjun Kapoor's tone boo bothered her. However, our source adds, “He was following the brief given to him, so it's not his fault. He was told what to say.“
When contacted, Tanishaa, who sounded terribly hurt, confirmed, “I am really upset. Yes, there have been some creative differences. I won't be attending the show's press conference. But I have no issues with the channel; hey supported me throughout.“
