Well, it looks like director Imtiaz Ali's Tamasha, which releases today, will be Deepika Padukone and Ranbir Kapoor's last screen outing together, at least for the next three years. At this point, it seems like a long gap.

Every time one has seen these two Bollywood superstars romancing each other on screen, there has been abundant excitement because they are one of the most magical young jodis. So, while their chemistry has been captured in its entirety in Tamasha, which is produced by Sajid Nadiadwala and presented by UTV Motion Pictures, people are keen to know whether they will act in another film together.

If we map their individual careers, one can see that there seems to be a remote chance of these actors working together soon. After Tamasha, Ranbir moves on to Karan Johar's Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, Anurag Basu's Jagga Jasoos, the Sanjay Dutt biopic directed by Rajkumar Hirani and a superhero film with Ayan Mukerji.

Soon after this love saga, Deepika will be seen opposite Ranveer Singh in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's period romance, Bajirao Mastani. Post which, her other assignments are still a mystery. That's the reason there is so much of anticipation and 'tamasha' around this film.
