It is now learnt that Anushka Sharma who was approached to be part of Rhea Kapoor’s chick flick, will not be doing the the multi-heroine ensemble. Sonam Kapoor has been finalised and on the wishlist were Katrina Kaif (interested, but not yet committed), Anushka Sharma (now to be replaced) and Huma Qureshi. Our sources reveal, “Anushka is busy with her slate of films and she has declined the offer to star in the project.” The NH10 actress cited date issues to the producers. Rhea and Sonam will now be busy to kick-start Battle For Bittora, early next year and then will immediately move to their next production venture sometime around mid-next year. This chick flick will be made on the lines of a Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara, albeit with heroines! But now with Anushka opting out, Rhea will have to find a suitable replacement for her. Here are our options — Nimrat Kaur, Preity Zinta and Ameesha Patel. They won’t have date issues at least.
