The actor reaks his squeaky-clean family guy image by opting for adult films

Bhushan Kumar's third
instalment in the Hate Story franchise, kicked off
yesterday in a Goregaon studio with an intense courtroom scene
featuring Sharman Joshi, Karan Singh Grover
and Zarine Khan. Directed by Vishal Pandya, Sharman plays Aditya Dewan
and Karan Singh Grover is Vikram Singh who are constantly at
loggerheads. And Zarine Khan and Daisy Shah are the girls they romance
in turns.
“I have some explicit scenes and an erotic song too. And no, before you ask, I'm not going to be embarrassed watching the film with my children someday,“ an unabashed Sharman told Mirror, admitting that no one treated him like a 'senior' star. “I guess it's because I still look so young.“
The 36-year-old actor, who is acting in a thriller for the first time in his two decade long Bollywood career, admits that he's keen to break his seedha saadha image with this Bhushan Kumar production. And for him, there are no dos and don'ts as far as eroticism goes. What's wife Prerna's reaction to all the steam on screen? “It's too early to figure what she thinks of the film,“ he shrugs. “To keep things sane at home, we switch off, as far as films are concerned at dinner table conversations.“
He doesn't plan to watch the 2012 Hate Story or its 2014 sequel. “Vishal hasn't asked me to watch either. Hate Story 3 is a new film about hate and vengeance, with an all-new cast with no connection to the earlier film,“ he reasons. The unit will be travelling to Goa next month for a 15-day schedule and will wrap up the film in August. Towards the year end, Sharman rolls with the Anuradha Tiwari directorial, Ishq Uncensored, an adult romcom, probably opposite Mallika Sherawat.
