Preity Zinta praises her buddy’s comeback on her own terms

Preity Zinta is all praise for her friend Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s comeback in Sanjay Gupta’s Jazbaa. Says Preity, “Aishwarya is looking absolutely smashing in the teasers of Jazbaa. Who says female actors after marriage are no longer in demand? Ash’s getting the best of both the worlds. She’s a great mom and wife, and she’s doing the work that she wants to, on her own terms.”

She continues, “Look at Angelina Jolie. After starting a family with Brad Pitt, she did Salt where she replaced Tom Cruise. And look at Sharmila Tagore. Some of her best film came after marriage and motherhood.”

On her dosti with Aishwarya, Preity says, “I’ve been friends with Abhishek and Ash for many years. But I also have my own equation with Ash. It was said that I was great friends with Rani Mukerji at one time. But Rani and I shared only a professional equation. With Ash, I can say she’s a real friend.”
