Yesteryear film actress Reena Roy is all set to return to acting. She will be seen in Vikas Gupta's TV project Rani Mahal, which will also feature Sakshi Tanwar, Anita Hassanandani and VJ Bani. Reena was last seen in her sister Barkha Roy's TV show Eena Meena Deeka in 2002. In her comeback project, she will play Raj Maata of the Rani Mahal. Informs a source associated with the project, “The story revolves around the women in the palace and their politics.“

While Reena was unavailable for comment, Barkha confirmed, “Yes, she is returning to acting with this show. It's a semi-grey and strong character.“ Talking about her sister's drastic weight loss, she says, “Reena has lost almost 30 kilos.“
