Taapsee Pannu embroiled in a case of mistaken identity

Recently, a section of the international press reported that Mathias Boe, the badminton player Taapsee Pannu is dating, welcomed a baby boy which was why he had to withdraw from an upcoming tournament. It turned out that it wasn't Mathias who had a baby but his partner, Danish shuttler Carsten Mogensen.

An amused Taapsee told Mirror, "If I had a baby, I'd have known! I've been shuttling between cities thanks to my South films and have no time to play mommy. I heard of Carsten's baby, I knew his wife and he were expecting a child. Then, I got a few calls enquiring if I'd delivered and I told them the news they'd heard was obviously untrue. I'm too busy with my wedding-planning company right now to think of motherhood."

She adds that though their relationship is going strong, a wedding is not on the cards at the moment. "Right now, I'm only waiting for Running Shaadi.com which should release by the year end."
