If you're not in Goa on April 14, when business man-producer-actor Sachiin Joshi is throwing a party at his newest business venture Planet Hollywood Beach Resort, Goa, then eat your heart out in envy. The day-long extravaganza will showcase the hip and cool resort to the crème de la crème of society. The guest-list, a large part of which is undisclosed (drawn out by Bhavna Pandey and Nandita Mahtani) is expected to have Indian and international celebrities. It is being whispered that they will arrive and depart the resort in a private charter. The party that will span a large area of the resort is expected to spill over to the next day, when a sumptuous brunch will be hosted.
Bhavna and Nandita, who have a keen eye for the minutest details, are also conceptualising and managing the grand affair. Entrepreneur Gauri Khan, who has done up a part of the interiors of this fashionable hot-spot, will also be attending the party. So go ahead and ask, what is this beach resort all about? Confirming this, Mrs Khan adds, “I have styled the lobby and the bar. I have designed and manufactured furniture for these areas. I will also be there for the launch party.''
