EMRAAN HASHMI - Hooked on fitness bands
A few years ago, I became obsessed with fitness and began purchasing branded as well as spiritual fitness bands. The addiction grew out of control and I reached a point where I had close to 60 bands. My wife was furious and kept asking me to throw them away and finally she did succeed. When I look back, I just ask myself what the hell was I thinking?

PREITY ZINTA - To ski or not to ski
I was really tempted to purchase a crosscountry skiing set and I ended
up buying one while I was in Los Angeles. I've never used it and I don't
think I ever will. I am planning to pose with it against a green
screen and then edit snow-clad mountains onto the background.

ROHIT SHETTY - Ride or die Cars!
I really need to stop buying them and blowing them up.

DIA MIRZA - Brokeback spa
I went to a spa in Mumbai and spent a bomb on a massage that turned out to be a disaster. It was like they were breaking my bones. Wasting money on something that's supposed to make you feel better is the worst experience ever.

TAAPSEE PANNU - Diamonds and rust
I blew a lot of money on costume jewellery for my red carpet appearances. While moving to Mumbai, I packed up everything in a cupboard and moved it to my flat in the city. But when I unpacked them a few weeks later, they were all damaged and discoloured, probably because of the humidity or their inherent poor quality. I still feel bad everytime I think about my jewels.

RICHA CHADHA - Filmi faux pas
I bought a pair of expensive, video glasses from a duty free outlet
once, without bothering to see whether they were branded or not. I
wanted to watch films on it but the
nbuilt 42-inch screen was too strenuous for my eyes. To top it
all, they stopped working after a week.

R MADHAVAN - Wheeler dealer
I made a stupid investment once on an electronic unicycle which I convinced myself was the perfect way to stay fit. I thought I'd use it to work out between my shots and in my vanity van. It cost me a bomb and I couldn't even climb on top of it and stay put for more that 15 seconds.

ALI FAZAL - Art break
I made an insanely impulsive decision to travel to San Francisco to get a portrait of mine painted. I rented an apartment in Valencia Street for two weeks. Unfortunately, the final piece was not worth displaying.
