On Friday evening, Soha Ali Khan sashayed down the runway during an ongoing fashion week wearing a big smile. But sources present backstage tell us big drama preceded her show-stopping act.

A source says, “Soha wasn’t happy with the car that had been sent to pick her from her house and then on the venue, she found out that the organisers had not booked a room for her. To top it all, her costume was ill- fitted and she refused to walk the ramp.” Later, however, she changed her mind when designer Babita Malkani spoke to her, says an eyewitness.

Babita says, “We are friends and there was no such issue. She only asked me to book a separate room for her as she didn’t want to be in the celebrity green room. I did that and everything was fine.”

Soha rubbishes the rumours about her alleged tantrums. “It is totally untrue. In fact, I thought things were well organised and was delighted that it started close to time. I never refused (to walk the ramp). There was no problem at all with me,” she adds.
