We have learnt that Shahid Kapoor is all set to marry Delhi girl Mira Rajput in December. The two reportedly got engaged in January on Makar Sankranti (January 14). The bride-to-be is a third-year English (Hons) student at LSR and did her schooling from Vasant Valley School. Apparently, Shahid met Mira through the religious group Radha Soami Satsang Beas. Shahid and his father Pankaj Kapur are ardent followers of the group. Shahid and Mira have been lying low about the news of their wedding and have been avoiding the media. There have also been reports about Shahid's dad visiting Mira's Chhatarpur house to meet her parents a few days back.

A while ago, Shahid had said that he wanted to get married to some one who doesn't belong to the film industry as it will help him in seeing life from a different perspective.
