It was a dream come true for dancer Salman Yusuff Khan, when he bagged an opportunity to choreograph for Madhuri Dixit-Nene. In fact, it was the actress who suggested his name for her events. And her husband Dr Nene called and met Salman at his office, asking him to be a part of his team. Interestingly , Salman's first dance performance as a kid was on the famous Madhuri track - Ek Do Teen from Tezaab - and now, he had been roped in by her professionally. “This is an achievement for me,“ said an excited Salman. The choreographer added, “We will soon be launching our website that will have Madhuri and me come up with various dance forms - like a combination of dance and exercise - for a healthy lifestyle.“ The two of them also plan to make this dance style accessible to slum kids. “The aim is to give them hope and vision. Dr Nene is kicked about it and will initialise it,“ he said.
