HUNTERRR had low first week collections of around 8 crore nett though collections were steady on the weekdays. The film has managed to do better in Mumbai circuit with Mumbai and Pune city giving a good contribution.

The film should hold well in week two due to lack competition but a 50-60% drop will see it down to 3-4 crore nett range so even if it manages to hold the numbers are still low. The Saturday and Sunday business has probably cost the film to be a coverage film.

The budget is low at around 8 crore including p&a but even this meagre amount is unlikely to be covered as it is totally dependent on Indian theatrical revenue which is just 4 crore in week one and in the rest of the run will be just 35-40% of the nett collections.

HUNTERRR grossed around 50 lakhs nett on its second Friday which is a decent hold as the drop is around 60%. The lack of competition has proved an advantage though it would have come as a real plus if the first week had been better.

The film had to gross just three or four crore more in week one in order to have pulled through. It is a Mumbai and Pune film and these two cities are seeing the best collections.

HUNTERRR has collected a similar figure on its 8th day as NH10 has on its 15th day and the only race this week is which film will come out on top over the week.
