Lauren Gottlieb is supposedly upset with ABCD 2 makers for not promoting her, Aditya Chopra compensates for it by featuring her in a special song for his next film

If rumour mills are to be believed, international dancer Lauren Gottlieb is apparently upset with the way Remo D'Souza's 'ABCD - Any Body Can Dance - 2' is being marketed. Sources say the film has, so far, been promoted as a Varun Dhawan and Shraddha Kapoor-starrer though Lauren has a key role in it.
However, the makers of 'Detective Byomkesh Bakshy!' (DBB) seem to have more than made up for her . Lauren has shot for a solo promotional song for the YRF whodunit, the video of which will be released before 'ABCD 2' hits the theatres.
Apart from that, she has also choreographed a special number for Sushant Singh Rajput in 'Detective Byomkesh Bakshy!'. "Though it's not a hardcore dance number, the moves are quite interesting. The makers are planning to launch the music video by next week," says a source.
A source close to the production house confirms the development, saying: "YRF boss Aditya Chopra has compensated for her near-absent promotions in 'ABCD 2' and she features in a special promotional music video for 'Detective Byomkesh Bakshy!', which will be released shortly. It will not be part of the film."
Lauren, on the other hand, refutes rumours about being upset with the makers of 'ABCD 2'. She says: "I have absolutely no complaints against the producer or director of 'ABCD'. In fact, I am extremely happy about the way the film is progressing. And I have very high expectations from it."
