KHAMOSHIYAN grossed a poor 1.50-1.75 crore nett on day one. The figures are much lower than a similar film ALONE released a couple of weeks back which grossed over 3 crore nett. ALONE did not do well so there is little chance of KHAMOSHIYAN doing better as it can't catch it with almost half the start. Also the revenue for this type of genre is practically zero from the satellite market today which means it has to cover from theatrical which is impossible.

HAWAIZAADA was even worse than KHAMOSHIYAN with collections in the 50 lakhs nett range. The film was tax free in UP but collections were like a thousand or two per show.
