The fact that the film has three leading ladies — Sonakshi Sinha, Yami Gautam and Manasvi Mamgai — had added to the speculation.

It can now be revealed, that for the first time, the actor is donning three different looks for the same character in one film. “As the naughty-but-nice guy, the actor will be seen in a stubble; in his romantic avatar, he will only keep a moustache. As for his criminal look, he’ll be seen in a French beard,” said a source.

Director Prabhu Dheva confirms that the story of the film demanded three looks. “Initially, he had to be a little heavy, but later for the bare-bodied fight sequence, he had to have a lean, mean look for which he lost 17 kilos. The looks depict his characters. First, he is very romantic, then he is a little angry and with the beard he is a very naughtily happy person,” he says. The three looks have been conceptualised by Prabhu Dheva and his writer Shiraz Ahmed.
