Kajol was gearing up shoot a promotional video for her 1995 blockbuster Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge (DDLJ), which completes its 1,000-week run at Maratha Mandir next month. However, she has been forced to put it off for a fortnight following leg injury.

A source close to the actress says, “She was at home when she sprained her leg and had get a plaster. She has been advised rest for two weeks. She was to shoot for the DDLJ promotional video and give interviews for the same.”

As per plan, the entire star cast of DDLJ will visit the theatre on December 12, the day completes its thousandth week. Kajol is said to have confirmed her presence on the D-day.

Meanwhile, the actress’ comeback film is said to be in limbo. The source adds: “In all probability, Ashwni
Dhir’s film might work out but there are certain issues with regard to some rights.”
