Kuch Kuch Locha Hai, directed by Devang Dholakia, has an unconventional lead pair in the form of Sunny Leone and Ram Kapoor. Presented by Alumbra Entertainment and Media Pvt Ltd, the film was previously titled Patel Rap. “It's a spicy, sexy comedy with Ram and Sunny in never-before-seen avatars. As far as the title change is concerned, the film's essence is enunciated through this title without giving away too much about the plot. Also, our movie is full of hilarious lochas,“ says the director.

Produced by Magic Pictures and Entertainment Pvt Ltd and Maximus Multimedia Pvt Ltd, the film is currently being shot in Malaysia. About being cast in the comic caper, Sunny says, “I'm elated to be working with Devang again. Ram is a revelation to work with and shares valuable acting tips with me.“

States Ram, “During the film's narration, I was falling off the seat with laughter. I love taking up subjects that people can relate to.“

Says producer Mukesh Purohit, “Ram plays a rich Gujarati businessman and Sunny, a famous film star. The situations they find themselves in, lead to funny moments. The director is a Gujarati and he has brought alive the quirks of a typical dysfunctional family from the community.“
