Singer Tulsi Kumar got engaged to beau Hitesh Ralhan, a Jaipur-based garment and home furnishings exporter, last week. The couple has been in a relationship for over a year, after she first met him at a common friend's wedding.

Revealing that the proposal happened at a Juhu hotel, Tulsi says, “He popped the question with a ring on October 21. It was sudden and I was definitely not expecting it.“ The formal ceremony followed on October 24 at her Worli residence in the presence of both the families. The wedding is slated for February 22 in New Delhi, while the celebrations will begin as early as February 8 - with one function scheduled in Jaipur, three in the Capital and a reception in Mumbai.
