It's that time of the year
again when Bollywood comes together to celebrate Diwali and yes, the
festival is almost synonymous with a round or two of taash. Lavish
affairs in their own right, these Diwali parties see the who's who of
B-town trying their luck at cards and dice.
Aamir Khan, who has just
returned from Cannes, will be hosting his yearly bash at his Bandra home
on October 23. While he's yet to send the invites, we hear Ranbir
Kapoor, Hrithik Roshan, Deepika Padukone, Priyanka Chopra and the twins
Amin and Karim Haji are on the guest list. His director dosts Rajkumar
Hirani, Karan Johar, Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra, Ashutosh
Gowariker and Ayan Mukerji are also likely to be present.
True to her signature style, Ekta Kapoor will be hosting her annual Diwali taash party on October 22 at the family bungalow in Juhu. We hear, she has already sent out invites for the same. Ekta usually has gala affairs and this time, she will be joined at the card table by close friends like Karan Johar, Neelam Kothari and actors she has worked with, like Varun Dhawan, Sidharth Malhotra, Emraan Hashmi, Sonakshi Sinha, Shraddha Kapoor and Arjun Kapoor. Directors Mohit Suri and Milan Luthria also feature in the list. Her brother Tusshar will be giving the party a miss this time as he's away in Bangkok shooting with Sunny Leone for his next.
Sachiin Joshi is hosting his party a day earlier on Dhanteras (October 21) at his Bandra home.
