We have learnt that the acclaimed filmmaker Prakash Jha is producing a con-comic-drama titled Fraud Saiyyan, where the extremely talented Arshad Warsi will have 13 wives. His character is that of a conman, who spots and then marries middle-class women with potential to support him. Treated in a comic way, his character realises that marriage is a good profession. To be shot in Bhopal from early November, the film also has Saurabh Shukla. While we have earlier seen Priyanka Chopra having seven men in her life in 7 Khoon Maaf, Arshad Warsi seems set to break her record.
