While actress Preity Zinta continues to remain out of reach and so do the Wadias, there are strong rumours that the actress is looking to sell her IPL stake and settle in Los Angeles, where she has bought a property and spends a lot of her time.

Apparently, Preity, who is following the case from America, is in a relationship there, say sources. Refuting reports that she is upset over ex-boyfriend Ness Wadia finding love elsewhere, her spokesperson adds, “She is seeing someone in LA, so there is no reason for her to get jealous. She also visits LA often in connection with her business there."

The personal battle between Preity and Ness turned ugly after the actress accused him of physically abusing and threatening her in public during an IPL match on May 30. Repeated attempts to contact the Wadias (Ness and Maureen) remained futile as the security personnel at their residence informed that both of them were overseas.

Though there have been reports of both parties exploring the possibility of settling the case outside court, her legal team denied any such move. In a latest development, the Wadia group has complained to Mumbai Police that they've received threatening calls to not harass Preity.
